ABSTRACT
A new lung sound analysis software program has been developed. It can automatically select a typical spectrogram and calculate parameters using machine learning programs. This study aimed to clarify characteristics in early infants this program. Using the program, of sounds healthy 1- 4-month-old were examined. The assessed supine position for 1-month-old both sitting positions infants. We compared infant with those 3-year-old children. (n = 58) affected by gender, height, birth weight. However, 50) obtained or not these factors study. significantly different, they related history wheezing allergy. PAP0 was higher than infants, RPF50p RPF75p also PAP0, FAP0, RPF50p, RPF75p, A3a/AT, B4a/AT children 80). confirmed specificity Further studies are needed why differs from that • Lung evaluated some extent as safe straightforward estimating function toddlers older humans. it applied method clarified spectra technique may facilitate diagnosis treatment respiratory diseases
