ABSTRACT
To provide recommendations for the care of infants with stage 5 chronic kidney disease (CKD5). European Paediatric Dialysis Working Group. Literature on clinical studies involving CKD5 (end renal failure) and consensus discussions within group. There has been an important change in attitudes towards offering RRT (renal replacement therapy) to both newborns as data have accumulated their improved survival long-term outcomes. The management this challenging group patients differs a number ways from that older children. authors summarised basic treating order support multidisciplinary teams who endeavour difficult task.
