ABSTRACT
In the mid-latitudes, pigs and poultry are kept predominantly in confined livestock buildings with a mechanical ventilation system. last decades, global warming has already been challenge which causes hat stress for animals such systems. Heat inside was assessed by simulation model indoor climate, is driven meteorological parameters. Besides conditions, thermal environment building depends on sensible latent energy release of animals, properties system its control unit. For site Austria north Alpine Ridge, representative growing-fattening Central Europe, data between 1981 2017 were used calculations heat measures. This business-as-usual over these 37 years resulted an increase mean relative annual parameters range 0.9 6.4% per year since 1981. order to minimise negative economic impact as consequence this positive trend stress, adaptation measures needed. The show that climate appropriate tool determine level buildings.
