On the basis of substantial evidence demonstrate that palliative care combined with standard improves patient, caregiver, and society outcomes, we have developed a new healthcare model called radiotherapy (RaP) outpatient clinic were radiation oncologist physician make joint evaluation advanced cancer patients.We performed monocentric observational cohort study on patients referred for at RaP clinic.
