ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to explore the correlation between PI and standing-to-sitting changes sagittal alignment in patients with lumbar degenerative diseases, investigate differences posture among Roussouly types. A total 209 disease were retrospectively included study. All received lateral full body imaging both standing sitting positions. Sagittal parameters including SVA, OD-HA, PT, PI, PT/PI, SS, LL, TK, Upper LL (L1-L4) Lower (L4-S1) measured position, compared two correlations lumbo-pelvic analyzed. postural different From sitting, all except significantly changed, LL. contribution lower greater global than upper had a significant ΔPT, ΔSS, ΔLL, ΔUpper ΔLower type 4 most pronounced ΔSS types 3 that 1 2. In disease, plays an important role determining extent from sitting. Among types, have SS suggesting relatively flexibility pelvis spine.
