ABSTRACT
Abstract With the popularization of new energy electric vehicles (EVs), recommendation algorithm is widely used in relatively field charge piles. At same time, construction charging infrastructure facing increasing demand and more severe challenges. ubiquity Internet (IoVs), inter-vehicle communication can share information about experience traffic condition to help achieving better higher efficiency. The piles great value. However, existing methods related such consider inadequate reference factors most them are generalized for all users, rather than personalized specific populations. In this paper, we propose a method based on dynamic area mechanism, which recommends appropriate initial according user's warning level, dynamically changes real-time state EVs classification chain provides services users different needs improves utilization ratio This satisfies users' multilevel demands realizes effective planning, beneficial overall balance. chained mainly consists three modules: intention detection, levels classification, recommendation. mechanism reduces occurrence conflict service needs. Simulations computations validate correctness effectiveness proposed method.
