ABSTRACT
Abstract Purpose The safety of laparoscopic inguinal–hernia repair must be carefully evaluated in elderly patients. Very little is known regarding the approach patients under surgical and medical co-management (SMC). Therefore, this study patients, especially with multiple comorbidities SMC.
