ABSTRACT
Transabdominal ultrasound after oral administration of an echoic cellulose-based gastric contrast agent (TUS-OCCA) has recently been suggested as a valuable mass-screening tool for cancer. The aim this study was to propose producible stomach reporting and data system (Su-RADS) using TUS-OCCA cancer screening. includes information 2738 patients who underwent both gastroscopy examinations recorded in software system. Gastroscopy examination with pathological diagnosis considered gold standard. Various lesions were classified into category 1–5 based on wall thicknesses them (especially the mucosa layer). total malignant ratios enrolled 17.1% (469/2738). were, respectively, 1.1, 1.7, 12.2, 34.2 78.1%. Category 2 indicated mild thickening at low risk malignancy (1.7%); 3 moderate (12.2%); 4 severe high (34.2%); 5 extremely (78.1%). If identified cut-off point distinguishing between benign malignant, sensitivity specificity by Su-RADS are 95.1 78.6%, respectively. could inform physicians about key findings, indicating necessity additional examination. Prospectively randomly controlled design larger clinical trial is needed further investigations.
