ABSTRACT
Abstract Background There is uncertainty surrounding the prognostic value of peritoneal cytology in low-risk endometrial cancer, especially laparoscopic surgery. The objective this retrospective study to determine significance positive among patients with cancer and compare it between surgery conventional laparotomy. Methods From August 2008 December 2019, all cases pathologically confirmed stage IA grade 1 or 2 were reviewed at Osaka Medical College. Statistical analyses used Chi-square test Kaplan–Meier log rank. Results A total 478 identified: 438 negative (232 who underwent laparotomy 206 undertook surgery) 40 (20 20 received surgery). Survival was significantly worse compared cytology. However, there no significant difference Conclusion This suggests that, while an independent risk factor does not influence survival outcome when
