ABSTRACT
Stomal prolapse is one of the common complications in transverse colostomy and can be managed conservatively most cases; however, laparotomy reconstruction stoma may sometimes required, especially case irreducible prolapse. We have reported a simple local repair with loop colostomy. herein report new more technique to avoid allow excision complete closure distal limb when no decompression required stoma. In this procedure, number stapler time blood loss for operation saved.
