ABSTRACT
Efficiency of the method for improving repetitive somatic embryogenesis and plant recovery Algerian fir (Abies numidica De Lann.) was investigated by evaluating induction frequency, maturation capacity germination. Individual zygotic embryos differed only slightly in frequencies (6.8 %) from first (5.7 second cycle (5.5-9.0 %). The yield mature significantly among cell lines same different cycles. Percentage abnormalities lowest embryos, whereas third cycles were branded a higher frequency abnormalities. differences germination well developed depended on rather than embryos.
