Teaching as a system: COVID-19 as a lens into teacher change

ABSTRACT
In the spring of 2020, schools and universities around world were closed because COVID-19 pandemic. The relative lockdown affected more than 1.5 billion learners as teachers students sheltered at home for several weeks. As schooling moved online, forced to change how they taught. research presented here, we focus on university mathematics professors, analyze their practice, knowledge, beliefs intertwine under these circumstances. More specifically, context pandemic provides us with experimental basis argue that new practice both knowledge form a system. Being part system, reactions in can be two types, namely, system whole tries resist change, or changes - it significantly. here proposes model describing analyzing what called teaching examines three cases help better depict systemic nature teaching.
