ABSTRACT
Abstract Ebstein’s anomaly of the tricuspid valve (EA) is an uncommon congenital cardiac malformation. It can present with atrioventricular tachycardia (AVRT), nodal re-entrant (AVNRT), atrial arrhythmias, and rarely ventricular tachycardia. The 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) critically important often diagnostic even prior to electrophysiology study (EPS). Due its complex anatomy, it poses particular challenges for mapping ablation, experienced electrophysiologist. In this review, we aim provide insight into electrophysiological perspective EA in-depth analysis various arrhythmias encountered in diverse clinical scenarios. Graphical
