ABSTRACT
FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biologically active chemical substances. Disclosed is a silicon-boron-containing glycerohydrogel with wound-healing, regenerative and antimicrobial activity, which has formula kSi(CHO)·HB(CHO)·xCHO·yHO, where 0.5≤k≤2, 2.5≤x≤12, 20≤y≤100, obtained by reacting silicon tetraglycerolate in excess of glycerol Si(CHO)·xCHO, where 2.5≤x≤14, boron biglycelorate HB(CHO)and water in molar ratio Si(CHO):HB(CHO):CHO:HO, equal to (0.5÷2):1:(2.5÷12):(20÷100), at temperature of 80 °C and stirring.EFFECT: proposed silicon-boron-containing glycerohydrogel is a physiologically active substance, non-toxic, exhibits antimicrobial, wound healing and regenerative action, improves morphofunctional condition of skin, is a convenient form for local application, widens range of medicinal agents and may be recommended for use in medical practice.1 cl, 1 tbl, 7 ex
