ABSTRACT
Structured reporting (SR) in radiology is becoming increasingly necessary and has been recognized recently by major scientific societies. This study aims to build structured CT-based reports colon cancer during the staging phase order improve communication between radiologist, members of multidisciplinary teams patients.A panel expert radiologists, Italian Society Medical Interventional Radiology, was established. A modified Delphi process used develop SR assess a level agreement for all report sections. Cronbach's alpha (Cα) correlation coefficient internal consistency each section measure quality analysis according average inter-item correlation. The final version built including n = 18 items "Patient Clinical Data" section, 7 "Clinical Evaluation" 9 "Imaging Protocol" 29 "Report" section. Overall, 63 were included SR. Both first second round, sections received higher than good rating: mean value 4.6 range 3.6-4.9 round; 5.0 4.9-5 round. In questionable 0.61. overall score experts sum scores (range 1-5) 1111 (mean 74.07, STD 4.85), respectively. an acceptable 0.70. 4.9 4-5) 1108 79.14, 1.83), The obtained round with lower standard deviation underline greater among reached this round.A wide implementation critical importance offer referring physicians patients optimum service provide researchers best data context big exploitation available clinical data. Implementation complex procedure, requiring mature technology successfully address multiple challenges user-friendliness, organization interoperability.
