ABSTRACT
To develop a structured reporting (SR) template for whole-body CT examinations of polytrauma patients, based on the consensus panel emergency radiology experts from Italian Society Medical and Interventional Radiology.A multi-round Delphi method was used to quantify inter-panelist agreement all SR sections. Internal consistency each section quality analysis in terms average inter-item correlation were evaluated by means Cronbach's alpha (Cα) coefficient. The final form included 118 items (6 "Patient Clinical Data" section, 4 "Clinical Evaluation" 9 "Imaging Protocol" 99 "Report" section). The experts' overall mean score sum scores 4.77 (range 1-5) 257.56 206-270) first round, 4.96 4-5) 208.44 200-210) second respectively. In higher than standard deviation lower (3.11 round vs 19.71 round), reflecting expert round. Moreover, Cα (0.97 0.87).Our patients is strong among could improve communication between radiologists trauma team.
