ABSTRACT
Abstract Background The unintended pregnancy rate in the US military is higher than among civilians. While 42% of pregnancies end abortion civilian women, there are no data on prevalence overall or by service branch. Objective This analysis was conducted to estimate rates and percentage that resulted active-duty Navy members aged 44 years younger reporting female gender 2016. Design Cross-sectional survey from 2016 Pregnancy Parenthood Survey, collected August November Participants Our sample included 3,423 gender, generated a stratified random 38% all women pay grades E2-E9 O1-O5 2016; had 20% response for females.
