ABSTRACT
Abstract The present work outlines an original numerical modelization approach for Moving Load (ML) beam problems, by a dedicated object-oriented C++ parallel computing FEM implementation, with the purposes of performing efficient analyses resolving complete dynamic response beams under effect high-velocity ML. Alongside, main framing state-of-the-art reviews are attempted, on principal involved issues of: ML context and physical description, modelization, implementation. Running example cases explored, (long) finite (visco)elastic foundation continuous historic railway iron bridge, per se interesting engineering outcomes. contribution may serve as guideline paradigm to readers that be novel treated topics, though motivated in adventuring computational challenges mechanical research context.
