ABSTRACT
In this study, we investigated the effect of different multivalent cations on granule formation. Previous experiments showed that formation matrix EPS and their structure depend presence divalent cations. This study indicates trivalent are also playing an important role. However, more compact granules were formed in all The authors tried to determine changes proteomic profile slime tightly bound EPS. These results is composed a variety large complex proteins, but there small like for example, lectins. proteins have role interaction between cells exopolysaccharides
