ABSTRACT
Abstract Healthy diets have been demonstrated to complement benefits of physical activity, condition and mental wellbeing, all them being important factors influencing the quality life elderly. Unfortunately malnutrition is a serious threat an increasingly prevalent among fast-growing elderly population.
