ABSTRACT
Abstract The aim of this study sought to systematically review and meta-analyze the effects compassion-based interventions in workplace. This examines mechanisms evaluation process elements that promote training transfer its on well-being. Through rigorous systematic methods, a total nine studies met inclusion criteria were analyzed. results random effect model indicate standardized mean difference -.24, 95% CI [-.62, .14], suggesting non-significant decrease stress levels between pre- post-compassion training. Similarly, -.096, [-.50, .31] suggests depression These findings there no significant differences interventions. Even more, six key components none measured transfer. According these results, we proposed current "Framework for Evaluating Effectiveness Compassion-based Interventions Workplace," which offers guidelines quality designing, implementing, evaluating workplace, considering four components: Structural Elements, Process Evaluation, Training Transfer Well-being Outcomes. highlights importance improving methodology studies, conducting larger-scale trials, focusing Additionally, exploring impact well-being is suggested. provide foundation future research field
