Three new species of Bernardia (Euphorbiaceae) from coastal forests of Bahia, Brazil

:Bernardia erecta, B. monoica, and B. stylosa (Euphorbiaceae-Acalyphoideae), from Bahia Coastal Forests in Brazil, are described, illustrated, and compared to morphologically similar taxa. We also provide information about the distribution, habitat, and conservation status of the new species.
