ABSTRACT
Population ageing impacts many areas of society from health and social care cost to housing future workforce, whole-of-society approach is required promote healthy ageing. The Decade Healthy Ageing report has called upon multi-sectoral collaboration age-friendly communities. Promotion Program for You (HAPPY) a community-based dual-task exercise program older adults led by coaches (HC) or trained volunteers (HAPPY leaders) primary objective was observe improvement in cognition. secondary frailty status, functional perceived reduction isolation. We also aim evaluate the effectiveness describe implementation HAPPY program.
