ABSTRACT
Propofol is a common sedative-hypnotic drug used for general anesthesia. Recent studies have drawn attention to the antitumor effects of propofol, but potential mechanism by which propofol suppresses colon cancer stemness and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) has not been fully elucidated.
