ABSTRACT
Breast cancer is a leading malignancy in women, with mortality disparities between developed and underdeveloped regions. Accumulating evidence suggests that the competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) regulatory networks play paramount roles various human cancers. However, complexity behavior characteristics of ceRNA network breast progression have not been fully elucidated. The expression profiles three RNAs (long non-coding [lncRNAs], microRNAs [miRNAs], mRNAs) were extracted from adjacent samples sourced TCGA database. SLC26A4-AS1- hsa-miR-19a-3p-NTRK2 related to prognosis was obtained by performing bioinformatics analysis. Importantly, we identified SLC26A4-AS1/NTRK2 axis within through correlation analysis found it be potential prognostic model clinical outcomes based on Cox regression Moreover, methylation aberrant downregulation might attributed hypermethylation at specific sites. Immune infiltration indicates may implications for alteration tumor immune microenvironment emergence evasion cancer. Finally, validated SLC26A4-AS1-hsa-miR-19a-3p-NTRK2 cell lines. In summary, present study posits axis, network, could novel significant factor associated diagnosis outcomes.
