ABSTRACT
Steam breakthrough has a great negative influence on the development of steam flooding in heavy oil reservoirs. In this article, new profile control design based quantitative identification channel is introduced. Firstly, dual-sandpack experiments are conducted to study characteristics and influencing factors breakthrough. Then experimental results as well pretreatment combination geological parameters production data, comprehensive parameter (CIP) achieved through analytic hierarchy process quantitatively describe degree Afterward, types wells determined by CIP volume channels among injector producers calculated according tapering distribution The experiment show that there exists large difference between non-breakthrough areas temperature recovery. Permeability contrast an important factor, which influences direction breakthrough, correlation with recovery under heterogeneous condition. determination attempt quantify it combines many factors, producer, producers. All group can be divided into complete over 0.5 incomplete below for calculating conveniently. Based channel, blocking considering drainage radius around injector, producer demand effect field reality obtained calculate wells. This method could used tool judge oilfields
