ABSTRACT
Abstract Daqing Oilfield as the world’s largest application area of alkali–surfactant–polymer (ASP) flooding, in recent years, with increase aging wells, eccentric wear and deformation sucker rod pipe during oil production has become more serious. In order to study effect emulsion lubrication ternary composite flooding on tubing, this paper establishes a calculation model for depth tubing under different conditions through indoor friction experiments combined White Dawson efficiency theory. Based this, finite element method is used predict safe life component lubrication. The results show that compared intact pipes, residual internal pressure strength pipes defects decreases, stress concentration occurs at edges middle defects. decreases pump coefficient water content alkali have most significant effects conditions. 75% will be increased by 37.8% those 95%, an 500 mg/l, 50.6% 2000 mg/l. research can provide theoretical technical support oilfield enterprises reduce ASP improve inspection cycle pumping ensure safety well work.
