ABSTRACT
Abstract In this paper, the photochemical conversion process of aromatic hydrocarbons in Balakhani oil well (BO) as a case study was investigated. To composition BO, first, it has been separated into second, third, and fourth groups aromatics using chromatography absorption column. It established that is mainly composed mono-, tri-, tetracyclic hydrocarbons. shown optical densities bands corresponding to bi-, polycyclic decrease with increasing photo-irradiation period, hence their maximum band undergoes hypsochromatic shift, which characteristic for electron donor substances. determined sample occurs radical-chain molecular mechanisms. As result arene-type hydrocarbons, first difference during photooxidation endoperoxides, hydroxynones, quinones, phenes formation cyclic peroxides quinones.
