ABSTRACT
Nanoparticles of cadmium oxide have been synthesized by soft chemical route using thioglycerol as the capping agent. The crystallite size is determined X-ray diffraction technique and particle obtained transmission electron microscope. band gap material Tauc relation to UV–visible absorption spectrum. photoluminescence emission spectra sample are measured at various excitation wavelengths. molecular components in analyzed FT-IR spectroscopy. dielectric dispersion investigated temperature range from 313 393 K frequency 100 Hz 1 MHz impedance Cole–Cole model used describe relaxation system. scaling behavior imaginary part shows that describes same mechanism temperatures. frequency-dependent electrical data also framework conductivity modulus formalisms. found obey power law.
