ABSTRACT
After initial studies suggested that pregnant women were not at a higher risk of complications due to COVID‐19 infection. Recent investigations from Sweden and the US have indicated postpartum are increased severe associated with COVID‐19. This study aims find out prevalence maternal mortality clinical course cases COVID-19 pneumonia. A cross-sectional was conducted May 1st, 2020, April 30th, 2021, Postgraduate Institute YCM Hospital Pimpri Pune (Maharashtra), dedicated COVID hospital during pandemic. During period, all who diagnosed infection by RT PCR/Rapid Antigen Test admitted enrolled for study. None participants received vaccine COVID-19. pneumonia is an additional toll mortality. Obstetric 2nd trimester having late presentation hospital, disease (RR > 30 min), (N:L ratio, Ferritin, d-Dimer, etc.) poor outcome.
