ABSTRACT
Quality assurance is the key component of modern radiology. A telemedicine-based quality system helps to overcome "scoring" approach and makes control more accessible objective.A concept for in radiology developed. Its realization a set strategies, actions, tools. The latter based on peer review 23,199 computed tomography (CT) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images. The conception management represents chain actions: "discrepancies evaluation - routine support improvement activity discrepancies evaluation". It realized by an audit methodology, telemedicine, elearning, other technologies. After year systemic reviews, authors have estimated that clinically significant were detected 6% all cases, while insignificant ones found 19% cases. Most often, problems appear musculoskeletal records; 80% examinations diagnostic or technical imperfections. presence telemedicine personalized elearning allowed improving diagnostics quality. level has decreased significantly (p < 0.05).The allows departments' network effectiveness.• "Scoring" radiologists' performance assessment must be changed. • Telemedicine decrease number discrepancies. Teleradiology linking primary-level hospitals common network.
