ABSTRACT
Our aim was to evaluate the interaction between breast cancer cells and nodal fibroblasts, by means of their gene expression profile. Fibroblast primary cultures were established from negative positive lymph nodes patients a similar pattern identified, following cell culture. Fibroblasts (MDA-MB231, MDA-MB435, MCF7) cultured alone or co-cultured separated porous membrane (which allows passage soluble factors) for comparison. Each lineage exerted particular effect on fibroblasts viability transcriptional However, had parallel behavior when with specific line. The effects also investigated. MDA MB-231 migration enhanced presence accordingly, MDA-MB435 MCF7 followed pattern. MDA-MB231 profile, as evaluated cDNA microarray, influenced presence, HNMT, COMT, FN3K, SOD2 confirmed downregulated in both nodes, new series RT-PCR assays. In summary, changes induced well are very much alike lineage. distinct each one lineages, suggesting that inter-relationships stromal malignant dependent intrinsic subtype tumor.
