ABSTRACT
Bladder cancer is the second most common urological malignancy around world and by far frequent in China. The abnormal expression of sphingosine kinase 2 (SphK2) associated with tumor progression a poor patient survival rate, however, effect SphK2 on bladder cells remains unclear. aim paper was to study role cell proliferation, metastasis, apoptosis vitro. Our results showed that up-regulated tissues compared corresponding adjacent non-neoplastic tissues, level significantly higher human comparison normal epithelial cells. Silencing could inhibit proliferation ability T24 In addition, knockdown induce significant increase number apoptotic Furthermore, transwell assay also migration inhibition siRNA transfectant lines transfected NC. Thus, this suggested may provide promising treatment for patients.
