ABSTRACT
MicroRNAs are small non-coding RNAs that may also function as oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes, the abnormal expression of microRNAs is associated with various human tumors. MicroRNA-145 (miR-145) inhibits growth increases chemo- or radiosensitivity in cancers. However, role miR-145 breast cancer progression remains unknown. In this study, level was measured via quantitative real-time PCR 88 pairs tissues adjacent normal a panel cell lines. Cell proliferation migration were assessed by viability assay transwell assay. Western blot used to verify Rho-associated protein kinase 1 (ROCK1) novel target gene miR-145. Our results showed frequently downregulated Overexpression MCF-7 BT-549 lines significantly inhibited proliferation, migration, invasion vitro. ROCK1 identified miR-145, ectopic ROCK1. findings indicate acts its downregulation contribute through mechanism involving ROCK1, suggesting potential new diagnostic therapeutic for treatment cancer.
