ABSTRACT
Abstract The 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami triggered significant destruction to housing and related infrastructures across various coastal districts of south India. Research shows that tsunami reconstruction projects in Kerala experienced different degrees success failure. On this background, study explored factors contributed the successful implementation by (1) consolidating critical (CSFs) for post-disaster (PDR) under “project management traits” through content analysis existing literature; (2) deriving a conceptual model envisages project PDR contexts; (3) assessing impacts those traits on using confirmatory factor analysis. Necessary data were gathered survey stakeholders involved structured questionnaires. research revealed is attributed dimensions such as institutional mechanisms, strategies, implementation, stakeholder management.
