ABSTRACT
After reviewing the background and motivations for using modern computational methods design of reinforced concrete structures, an algorithm making use object oriented programming language Python professionally developed finite element software is presented sizing placement reinforcement in RC structures. The method then used to a deep beam. To validate design, two identical beam specimens were manufactured with obtained steel, tested laboratory. It was found that experimental results corroborated those predicted method.
