ABSTRACT
In the industrialized production of mushrooms usually only one flush fruitbody is harvested, so that nutrients and energy in substrate not fully exploited. this study, spent Pleurotus eryngii was recycled for cultivation Agrocybe chaxingu under ambient temperature. Six formulae were tested: (1) Control: 98% substrate, 1% sucrose, lime; (2) Control + 10% wheat bran; (3) 20% (4) T. molitor feces; (5) (6) bran feces. Two flushes control resulted a biological efficiency 40.42%; with supplementation bran, feces significantly increased to 52.50, 54.61 51.56%, respectively, feces, or plus further 62.95 61.10%, respectively. All supplemented substrates had higher cellulose laccase activity than (cellulase 0.10 U/g; 41.00 U/g), which (0.15 72.67 (0.17 98.33 (0.22 76.00 (0.27 87.00 (0.25 97.67 Spent promising chaxingu, especially when bran.
