Synthesis and characterization of BaTiO3/α-Fe2O3 core/shell structure

ABSTRACT
Multiferroic materials attracted a lot of attention in recent years because their significant scientific interest and technological applications. The multiferroic core/shell powders have better connectivity between the phases, resulting superior dielectric magneto electric properties. In this study, influence preparation condition on structure properties BaTiO3/α-Fe2O3 composite was examined. five samples were obtained by varying synthesis conditions, such as synthesized method (co-precipitation sonochemical method) pH values solution. XRD Raman spectroscopy analyses performed order to determine phase composition structural changes within samples. Morphology modifications examined SEM EDS analyses. Finally, effect microstructural magnetic electrical detected explained.
