ABSTRACT
Abstract The explosive process of 5G communication evokes the urgent demand miniaturized and integrated dielectric ceramics filter. It is a pressing need to advance development utilization emerging technology design new materials understand polarization mechanism. This review provides summary study microwave (MWDCs) sintered higher than 1000 from 2010 up now, °C with purpose taking broad historical view these illustrating research directions. To date, researchers endeavor explain structure-property relationship multitude approaches formula or strategy obtain excellent properties. There are variety factors that impact permittivity, loss, temperature stability materials, covering intrinsic extrinsic factors. Many often intertwined, which can complicate material discovery mechanism investigation. Because various systems, pseudo phase diagram was used classify based on composition. In this review, were firstly divided into ternary then brief description experimental probes complementary theoretical methods have been discern mechanisms origin loss mentioned. Finally, some perspectives future outlook for high-temperature MWDCs offered synthesis method, characterization techniques, significant theory developments.
