ABSTRACT
Abstract High-frequency soft magnetic ferrite ceramics are desired in miniaturized and efficient power electronics but remain extremely challenging to deploy on account of the loss ( P cv ) at megahertz frequencies. Here, we prepared NiCuZn with superior high-frequency properties by V 2 O 5 Bi 3 synergistic doping, which proves be a potent pathway reduce The sample doped 800 ppm yielded most optimized 113 kW/m (10 MHz, mT, 25 ° C), an initial permeability μ i 89, saturation induction B s 340 is forefront reported results. These outstanding closely related notable grain boundary structure, features new type nano-Bi Fe 4 9 phase around grains Ca/Si/V/O amorphous layer. Our results indicate great strides correlating structure multiple-ion doping set scene for developing magnet ferrites.
