ABSTRACT
Well-graded asphalt mix with the merits of high sound absorption, low water permeability, excellent strength, and easy construction is an important option for high-speed railway substructures. On basis finite element method, a model conventional ballasted trackbed (T0) four trackbeds models different positions layer were analyzed, in which 15 cm thick was used to replace sub-track layers, bottom top upper subgrade trackbed, named as T1, T2, T3, T4, respectively. The results showed that range peak vertical accelerations on surface T2 T4 smaller than T1 T3; perform better decreasing maximum deformation T3 T4; transversal tensile strain almost twice other three. bears more stress when located at lower part trackbed.
