ABSTRACT
Estimation for weather-related failure probability of overhead transmission lines is essential in the reliability assessment a power system. This paper analyzes outage and weather data 110 kV Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region China during 2011–2014. The result reveals obvious uneven distributions events time space due to spatial temporal variation severe weather. Based on results, an estimation method proposed this paper.
