ABSTRACT
Abstract Very few materials show large magnetoresistance (MR) under a low magnetic field at room temperature, which causes the barrier to development of sensors for detecting low-level electromagnetic radiation in real- time. Here, hybrid reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-based sensor is produced by situ deposition FeCo nanoparticles (NPs) on (rGO). Special quantum rGO observed, unveils that Abrikosov’s model layered can occur rGO; meanwhile, MR value be tunable adjusting particle density NPs nanosheets. high up 21.02 ± 5.74% 10 kOe temperature achieved, and average increasing rate resistance per 0.9282 Ω −1 . In this paper, we demonstrate rGO-based embedded wireless system real-time detection caused working mobile phone. We believe two-dimensional nanomaterials with controllable integrated future connected society.
