ABSTRACT
Misalignment between an individual's circadian phase and his/her environment due to social imposition is called jetlag (SJL). SJL has emerged as a public health concern, it contributes unhealthy lifestyle adverse outcomes. This study aimed elucidate the percentage of in large Japanese population using version Munich ChronoType Questionnaire (MCTQ). A total 10,000 participants responded web-based cross-sectional survey, final sample comprised 3708 (60.1% male; average age 45.1 [SD 13.4] years). was measured by subtracting each participant's midpoint sleep on workdays from their free days. The [SD] absolute (SJLabs) value 0.91 [0.89] hours, with SLJabs more than 1 h 40.1%.
