ABSTRACT
Abstract This study aims to provide insight into the behavior of Twitter conversations related Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by Brazilian public universities (UPBs) using Natural Language Processing (NLP). To achieve this goal, it was decided develop descriptive research as explores characteristics focused on Twitter, one world's most used social media channels. language processing (NLP) techniques based R programming were extract and treat held UPBs about SDG objectives Twitter. The period is comprised creation first account until data collection date, that is, between 2008 2022, therefore, 15 years study, during period, 326,114 tweets identified. Evidence points a substantial evolution in tweet publications over studies. Thus, practically zero jumped more than thousand 2020. These findings show confirm use interact with their stakeholders. In addition, results indicate analyzed make few SDGs. fact, 46 universities, only 6 tweeted subject, representing 13%. During studies, 31 made subject. We found positions subject networks are few, insufficient, timid, weak.
