ABSTRACT
Ageing is often accompanied with a decline in immune system function, resulting ageing. Numerous studies have focussed on the changes different lymphocyte subsets diseases and immunosenescence. The change phenotype key indication of diseased or healthy status. However, number brought about by ageing not been comprehensively analysed. Here, we analysed T natural killer (NK) cell subsets, differentiation states 43,096 individuals, aged 20-88 years, without known diseases. Thirty-six parameters were reference ranges these established age groups divided into 5-year intervals. data subjected to random forest machine learning for immune-ageing modelling confirmed using neural network analysis. Our initial analysis prediction showed that naïve cells decreased ageing, whereas central memory (Tcm) effector (Tem) increased cluster (CD) 28-associated cells. This largest study investigate correlation between function Chinese population, provides insightful differences, suggesting adults might be considerably influenced sex. person's from their chronological age. one provide insights 'immune-age' rather than 'biological-age'. Through learning, identified factors influencing most through built model prediction. research only reveals impact parameter differences within but also new monitoring preventing some clinical practice. The online version contains supplementary material available at 10.1007/s43657-023-00106-0.
