ABSTRACT
Different biomarkers for SARS-CoV-2 have been linked to detection, diagnosis, treatment, disease progression, and development of new drugs vaccines. The objective this research was evaluate various hematological, biochemicals, immunological, radiological spirometric parameters in 20 adult patients convalescing from COVID-19 their possible relationship with the clinical course disease. frequencies categorical variables were compared using chi-square Fisher's exact test. levels statistical significance denoted each figure legend. Two-dimensional clustering analysis performed MeV software TIGR. tests P value ≤ 0.05 considered statistically significant. Most studied presented alterations dissimilar laboratory, parameters, which related evolution results obtained show that certain biochemical, immunological can be as sequela patients, allows stratification, according degree involvement or sequela, into three groups: I (mild sequela), without lung lesions on computerized axial tomography (CT scan) high values IgG, C3 hemoglobin, II (moderate sequel), CT scan, characterized by CD3+/CD4+ T lymphocytes rest low III (severe scan erythrocyte sedimentation rate, monocytes neutrophils, associated lymphopenia decreased concentrations IgG C3.
