ABSTRACT
Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson's Janssen are the 3 COVID-19 vaccines authorized for emergency use in United States. This study aims to analyze compare adverse events following immunization associated with these based on Vaccine Adverse Effect Reporting System data.We utilized data from January 1, 2021 April 30, characterize effects postvaccination US population.A total of 141,208 individuals suffered at least one 239.97 million doses vaccination. The frequency side was 0.04%, 0.06%, 0.35% administration vaccines, respectively. Most patients had mild systemic effects, most common being headache (0.01%) fever (0.01%). serious including anaphylaxis (0.0003%) death (0.002%) extremely low.The three COVID 19 have a wide safety profile only minor self-limiting effects.
