A cesarean scar pregnancy is an iatrogenic consequence of a previous delivery. The gestational sac implants into niche created by the incision delivery, and this carries substantial risk for major maternal complications. aim study was to report, analyze, compare effectiveness safety different treatments options pregnancies managed in first trimester through registry.
