The current shortage of pediatric multivisceral donors accounts for the long time and mortality on waiting list patients. use after cardiac death, especially outbreak normothermic regional perfusion, has increased in recent years all solid organs except intestine, mainly because its higher susceptibility to ischemia-reperfusion injury.
